I spent my childhood in the red dirt and fields of Norman, Oklahoma. I grew my love of exploring materials and making in Savannah College of Art & Design, where I received a BFA in Fibers with a focus on Product Design. I love bringing ideas to life through different mediums, programs and techniques.

For over five years I was Lead Product Designer for Kendra Scott, a jewelry company based out of Austin, TX. I translated the jewelry brand into new product categories, a first for the company. After moving to Portland, OR. I gained experience in graphic design, art direction and pattern design. Being able to fully realize a brand or product beyond the creation of the product itself has been a great and challenging experience that has grown my passion to expand into Graphic Design. My product design background of problem solving and experience design has greatly influenced how I work as a Graphic Designer. I’m always looking for great opportunities to design and explore in new ways.

In 2017, I completed an 18 month round-the-world bicycle trip spanning from Asia to South America. Check out: www.ridingwild.org for the documentation of the trip. It was the single greatest experience I have given myself. A tremendous amount of dedication, preparation, perseverance and positive attitude allowed this vision to become a reality. These same attributes I carry with me in life and in my work.
